It's not clear to me why the specific binaries you used are the 'middle 4' of the 12 outcomes; I think the resolution criteria are confusing in the absence of the platform specific content — but I'm not sure how important it is to get the specification of that right...

Normal would be be between 1 and 3% I guess? With 'very high' being 3%+?
